Hampshire House Assisted Living Facility takes pride in its kind and compassionate staff, whose mission is to bring the very best possible care to our resident family.  Our staff is broken into six departments that work together to accomplish the common goal of providing compassionate care for our residents.

Activities

Lead by a full-time Activities Director, our activities department brings a diverse fun loving attitude to Hampshire House on a daily basis.  Activities are an essential part of our care and are constantly evolving and improving.  Click here to take a closer look at our activities.

Administration

The day-to-day operations are the responsibility of our Executive Director, Assistant Administrator, and our entire Management Team.

Dietary

Private dining room

Managed by a full time cook, our dietary department creates nutritious and delicious meals daily.  Working in cooperation with our dietician, Hampshire House meets and exceeds the Department of Health's standards, bringing the best dietary care to our resident family.

Health Care Coordination

Management of medications is one of the primary reasons people choose to stay with us.  Timely delivery of doctor prescribed medications is paramount to our residents' health and an issue that is always at the forefront of our minds.  Hampshire House's Personal Care Aides are those most intimately involved with our residents' daily care.  Our Wellness Director is an RN who is Full Time she oversees the personal care department.

Our health care office is the nerve center of our direct-care, coordinating physician appointments, supervising and assisting with medications and providing assistance with activities of daily living.  We take pride in providing  compassionate and caring  service through our personal care team.

Housekeeping

Our housekeeping department maintains a clean environment for all of our residents, staff and visitors.  Hampshire House's housekeepers are a friendly and helpful group who will help residents move in, clean rooms, and offer a friendly smile in our hallways.

Maintenance

Maintenance of our home is a never-ending endeavor that is overseen by a full-time Maintenance Manager.  The Maintenance Department keeps our home running smoothly, staying a step ahead of any potential problems and keeping us in compliance with Department of Health regulations.
